Get Back to the Grind What?

review yesterday's tasks and try to focus on a single duty without starting another first.

Today's View:
Get back to work! Its time to put your nose or shoulder (I forget) to the grind stone.

Why would someone do that? If you need to be productive, why would you take time out of your day to grind up some facial feature or shoulder chip... (whichever)? It would probably require stiches; Taking 2/3 of your work day waiting in some ER... Just for a (hopefully) smiley lab coat to come in and goop nail glue on your poor boo boo.

Wouldn't it be much easier, not to mention productive (ding ding) to simple get back to work and avoid the whole grind stoning episode?

Yeah, that was my thought too.
